UK SHIPPING

All deliveries will be shipped via Royal Mail unless otherwise noted.
We aim to get all orders shipped within 3 business days.

If there are any anticipated delays because of the holidays, low stock, or because an item is being offered as a pre-order, we will aim to clarify this on various areas of our website and on our Instagram before you place an order.

As a new business, we currently only ship to addresses in the UK. If you are located elsewhere, you will need to provide a UK shipping address where a package can be received on your behalf.

ADDITIONAL CONSIDERATIONS:

If an incorrect address is provided, Rajani Baker holds no liability for lost or misdelivered items. Always verify your details at checkout. If a mistake is realized post-purchase, immediately contact us at hello@rajanibaker.com to request a change before shipping. If the item has already shipped, unfortunately changes cannot be made.

If you receive an incorrect order in the UK, you should contact the company to arrange a free return, as you cannot be forced to pay for returning misdelivered goods. Under consumer law, while you are not required to pay for or return truly "unsolicited" goods, items sent in error (misdelivered) are generally considered the company's property, and they may claim them back.

To ensure ample time for delivery, we wait 7 working days past the expected date before issuing a refund for lost items. Should the parcel arrive after this time, we kindly ask that you return it using the pre-paid label we will provide.


RETURNS

We offer exchanges or refunds on items returned within 21 days of receipt. Please ensure your return reaches us within this timeframe to be eligible. To begin the process, email your item and order details to hello@rajanibaker.com, and return the item in its original packaging and in perfect, saleable condition for a full refund. Be sure to include your order details inside the parcel so we can identify your return.

If your item arrives damaged, please notify us within 7 days of delivery and we’ll provide a suitable solution, subject to stock availability.

Please note that postage costs are non-refundable unless the item is being returned due to an error on our part. This applies to both original and return shipping costs.

    EXCHANGE ORDERS

    UK exchanges are shipped via Royal Mail Tracked 48. Once we receive your return, we’ll process your exchange—please be sure to include your order details in the parcel. You’ll receive a dispatch email with tracking information as soon as your exchange is on its way.

    FAULTY ITEMS

    If an item is faulty, please let us know right away, and we will work with you on a reasonable solution based on our current inventory. Please ensure you notify us before returning damaged items, as we cannot accept responsibility otherwise.

    FINAL SALE ITEMS

    Final Sale items are only returnable for shop credit.

    OTHER RESTRICTIONS

    Earrings are non-returnable for safety/hygiene reasons.
