Pricing & Payment
All prices are listed in pounds sterling and include VAT.
We accept payment via Visa, Mastercard, Diners Club, Discover, PayPal, ShopPay and Apple Pay. Unfortunately, we are unable to accept cheques for retail orders.
Payment is taken in full at the time of purchase.
Ordering & Delivery
Orders can be placed through our website: www.rajanibaker.com. Please ensure you provide a valid email address or daytime contact number in case we need to contact you about your order.
Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be amended or combined with additional items.
Delivery timeframes are estimates. While we do everything possible to ensure prompt delivery, timings once dispatched are outside of our control. If you need assistance tracking your order, please get in touch and we’ll be happy to help.
Delivery Charges
Delivery costs vary depending on order size. Please refer to our Delivery & Returns page for full details.
Out of Stock Items
If an item becomes unavailable, we will contact you with an update on availability and arrange next steps for payment and delivery.
Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns for refund or exchange within 21 days of receipt. Please ensure your return reaches us within this timeframe to be eligible.
To initiate a return, email your order and item details to hello@rajanibaker.com. Items must be returned in their original packaging and in perfect, saleable condition. Please include your order details inside the parcel so we can identify your return.
If your order arrives damaged, please notify us within 7 days of delivery. We will offer a suitable resolution, subject to stock availability.
Postage costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part. This applies to both original and return shipping.
For hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept returns on earrings unless they are faulty.

Product Descriptions & Care
We take great care to ensure that product images and descriptions are as accurate as possible. However, many of our pieces are handmade, and slight variations in colour, finish, or size may occur.
This is especially true for hand-poured candles and hand block-printed items, where each piece is unique. All measurements are approximate and may vary slightly.
