Refund policy
RETURNS
- We can exchange or refund items returned within 21 days of receipt. Please note the package must reach us within the 21 day period to be eligible for a refund or exchange. Please email us the item and order details at hello@rajanibaker.com and return your item in the original packaging, in perfect saleable condition for a full refund. Please also enclose your order details so we know who is issuing the return in the parcel.
- Please notify us of any breakages within 7 days of receiving the order, and we will offer a reasonable solution based on stock availability.
- We regret that postage costs cannot be refunded unless goods are being returned due to an error on our part. This applies to outbound and return postage.
EXCHANGE ORDERS
UK exchanges will be sent out via Royal Mail 48 Tracked service. Your exchange will be processed as soon as we received your return (please enclose your order details in the return parcel). You will receive a shipping notification when your exchange is shipped with a tracking number.
FAULTY ITEMS
For faulty items, please notify us immediately and we will come to a reasonable resolution based on our current stock. Rajani Baker does not take responsibility for items returned in a damaged condition without prior notice.
FINAL SALE ITEMS
Final Sale items are only returnable for shop credit.
OTHER RESTRICTIONS
Earrings are non-returnable for safety/hygiene reasons.
